By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Thomsin Apps ("we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to Pesos to Dollars and TipEasy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Our applications are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our applications. You must be at least 13 years of age to use our applications.
Our applications may provide exchange rates, calculations, or other data for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate information, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data displayed. Exchange rates shown may not reflect the exact rate you receive from banks, ATMs, or exchange services. Do not rely solely on our applications for financial decisions.
Some of our applications offer auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
In-app purchases can only be consumed within the application. If you make an in-app purchase, that purchase is handled by the app store provider (Apple or Google) and is subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues related to app store payment processing.
All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Thomsin Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THOMSIN APPS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR APPLICATIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the applications will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
