This Privacy Policy describes how Thomsin Apps ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile applications, including but not limited to Pesos to Dollars and TipEasy.
Our apps are designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information to our servers. All user data (conversion history, favorites, preferences, tip entries) is stored locally on your device only.
Some of our apps fetch exchange rate data from our servers. These requests contain only the type of data requested (e.g., currency pair, time period) and do not include any personally identifiable information.
If you purchase a subscription, all payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store or Google through Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.
We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage subscription status. RevenueCat processes an anonymous, randomly generated user ID that cannot be linked to your identity. RevenueCat's privacy policy can be found at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Since we do not collect or transmit personal data, the risk of data breach is minimal. All app data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, etc.). No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
All data is stored locally on your device. When you delete the app, all associated data is permanently removed. We retain no data on our servers.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete the app to remove all data. There is no data on our servers to request deletion of. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have certain data protection rights under GDPR. Since we do not collect personal data, these rights are inherently satisfied.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
